In August of 2013, ACTV8.me entered into an agreement with Intel to create a new industry standard that will define the future of retail and TV advertising.

In Q1 2014, ACTV8.me’s mobile distribution platform will be complete and integrated with NCR’s POS offer management systems and with Intel’s content management systems to deliver a full end-to-end solution for television and retail.

The union will enable interactive capabilities for TV networks and digital signage in-store by triggering contextual targeting, real-time offers, rich data analysis, and for the first time ever, real time digital currency distribution with transaction capabilities. The platform will deliver offers, promotions and branded content through a standardized, connected and secure platform.

Chairman and Founder Irving Azoff was named the most powerful person in the music industry by Billboard Magazine and has previously served as the CEO of Ticketmaster and the Executive Chairman of Live Nation Entertainment.

ACTV8.me and Azoff Management are currently developing an original, bi-directional music competition television show called “Streets of the City.”

FOX finished the 2010-2011 season at No. 1 in the key adult demographic for the seventh consecutive year – a feat that has never been achieved in broadcast history – while continuing to dominate all network competition in the more targeted Adults 18-34 and Teen demographics. Mark Burnett and his team at One Three Media has joined forces with technology company ACTV8.ME, to usher in a whole new world of audience participation and integration with television. Mark Burnett's successes include the long-running Survivor (currently in its 23rd season) airing on CBS; The Voice, which starts its second season in February 2012 on NBC; The Apprentice and Celebrity Apprentice on NBC; Shark Tank on ABC; and a host of other very successful franchises. Burnett also produced the 2011 Emmy Awards; the 2010 and 2011 People's Choice Awards; and the 2011 Spike Video Game Awards. Since 2007, Burnett has also served as the executive producer for the MTV Movie Awards.
ACTV8 has signed a multi-year deal in which we will co-produce three to four new interactive TV shows a year. As word has spread about the ACTV8 technology offering, RSP has been enthusiastic about the opportunity to partner with us and has approached us to help expand their television offering. We believe that by forming partnerships with high-level production companies and creating the first ever bidirectional television show offerings, ACTV8.me can literally change the television landscape as we know it.
RelativityREAL is one of the largest TV product suppliers in the world. They deliver over 50 hours a week of original programming to various networks. We believe they are the leading producer of original content in the Television Cable Network world.

ACTV8.me and RelativityREAL (producer) will be developing television series or such other productions for both the Scripps family of networks utilizing ACTV8.me’s second screen technology.
